How the Real Start Pool works

The Apprenticeship Programme has a great range of placements and locations on offer and to make sure we match you with the right ones, we will need you to complete our online application form. When you apply using the online application form, your application will be acknowledged by email and we will then confirm your registration with the Real Start Pool.

Your details will be held in the Real Start Pool and we’ll consider you for all suitable vacancies as they arise. You will then be invited to attend an interview and considered for posts.

We’ll make sure that we keep in touch and let you know what’s happening with your application, this means that you don’t have to keep applying – fill in the form once and your details will be kept and considered for all suitable posts until we hear otherwise. If you need to update your application or your circumstances change, just let us know and we can put things right.

If you change your mind about the Scheme you can remove yourself from the pool at anytime by the click of a button.
